Strategic Evangelism Enabling Discipleship
Strategic Evangelism Enabling Discipleship sends
out the trained church planters providing new research
and people profiles. DONE Ministries is
operating in a 90% hostile territory to the Gospel.
In many cases the lives of personnel and converts
are at risk. Islam is the dominant religion in this area
of operation. There is also threat post to the workers
from famine and wars, which are ragging in the region.
In each country coordinators are trained to carry out the Word of God using special strategies designed to fit the situation they find in their areas of operation.
Our workers go in the country as ordinary people and begin quietly working with individuals and little groups. It is the little groups and individuals that later form the nucleus of the future church. 80% of the time this strategy have proven to be very effective. The real problem come from how to do the follow-ups. Usually half of the converts are lost because there is no means to follow them up. Many live very far from one another and transportation is very expensive. Towns and villages are long distances from each other.

Children's Ministry Gospel Clubs
Evangelism is also proving very effective in the area of the children ministry. Strategies for winning over the children and youth through the formation of kids gospel clubs and other recreational projects are bringing many over to Christ. The clubs are open to both Christians and non-Christians; however anyone who wants to partake in activities has to be present at Bible Studies. Interestingly some of these kids are taking the gospel stories learned at the club's meeting back home to their parents.
