Discipling Our Nations Effectively
Ministry
Until All of West Africa is Discipled
Four Areas of Ministry
Discipling Our Nations Effectively is a West African multi-faceted non-denominational Christian ministry. The ministry prepares its African staff through Bible, discipleship and evangelism training at our college facility in Dakar, Senegal. So the ministry can reach the unevangelized and unreached people groups in areas where there is no gospel with in the region of West Africa.
The four areas of ministry can be found here: CODE (College of Discipleship & Evangelism), HEAL (Helping to Ease Agony for Lives), SEED (Strategic Evangelism Enabling Discipleship) and FAME (Fellowship Accountability & Ministry Evaluation).
CODE
College of Discipleship & Evangelism
The college opens for nine months 9 in every year. It has a two-semester system of four months each with one-month vacation.
The Senegal Theological Bible College & Seminary is in need of much help if it must meet its goal of training qualify workers face with the challenges posted on the field today, especially if they must measure up to the standards set for theologians world wide.
It is our aim to train our workers to perform in any area they find themselves, friendly or hostile. We need standardized books in electronic and paper texts. Our College needs to be better equipped to the level of other colleges and we are meeting the need with our new computer learning center. We're striving to conntinually improve the quality of teaching while building relationships with other colleges exchange programs to benefit professors and students. We're always interested in speaking with qualified teaching volunteers to help us train and equip our students.
The college offers a diploma to students who do not have the require standard documents qualifying them from high school or its equivalent in other countries; who are desirous to become Pastors, evangelist, or lay workers. After two years of intensive study, they are awarded a diploma and ordained as pastors, evangelist, etc. and send out on the field to work.
The college also offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology to students who have the require documents qualifying them to enter. The college has a chancellor and a boardrd of trustees, which have oversight responsibility for reviewing policies and making sure that the college is up the standard of other colleges. The college is also run by a Director and a Dean of Academic Affairs on a daily basis.
FAME
Fellowship Accountability and Ministry Evaluation brings together our leaders for the sole purpose of evaluating their goals, plans, sharpening their focus, and holding one another accountable. It is very necessary for anyone donating to our ministry to get a full insight of every thing we tell him or her we are doing. Besides posting monthly reports on the website we also have in place communication for donors, volunteers and others who want to about our programs, visit the field and participate in the planning, evaluating, and implementation process. Donors can view the mission progress on our news blog or contact DONE Inc. with any questions, comments or concerns regarding the ministry.
Every year our entire staff comes together along with donors in order to fellowship while at the same time evaluating the activities of the mission. This session helps to build moral among the team and gives courage to those on the field. At these forums, errors are evaluated, goals for the future are put in place and new strategies that have been critically analyzed, updated, examine and adopted for implementation.

HEAL
Helping to Ease Agony for Lives is done through medical and mercy ministries meeting the physical needs of the people of West Africa. Through our experiences we estimate that 90% of the countries where we carry the gospel, are facing some difficulties and are in serious needs of relief programs to help improve the living standard of the people.
Below are examples of how HEAL has been implemented by short-term missionary teams and a container shipment of relief supplies. Our micro-enterprise program also is another prime example of HEAL in action and making a positive impact on lives in West Africa.

SEED
Strategic Evangelism Enabling Discipleship sends out the trained church planters providing new research and people profiles. DONE Ministries is operating in a 90% hostile territory to the Gospel. In many cases the lives of personnel's and converts are at risk. Islam is the dominant religion in this area of operation. There is also threat post to the workers from famine and wars, which are often ragging in the region. It is for this reason that emphasis is placed on developing new methods to enable the Gospel to reach these areas regardless of the cost.
In each country coordinators are trained to carry out the Word of God using special strategies designed to fit the situation they find in their areas of operation.
